Nina is a fitness fanatic, that’s why she always stays sexy and fit at all times. She said in an interview that she usually works out with her fitness trainer. According to her, “I have my trainer send me what I have to do, or I’ll just make up my own routine,” she revealed. “I’ll use the timer on my phone and do 20 seconds of jump squats, and then 10 seconds of rest and 20 seconds of normal squats with a weight or something like that. You just pick three or four exercises and do three rounds of them. And you keep yourself accountable because you have the timer.”

The model is obsessed with working out. She said, “I’m always obsessed with workouts, but I switch it up. I’m really into boxing—I have personal boxing trainer in New York. I do a lot of SoulCycle, SLT, Barry’s Bootcamp, Tone House, Y7 Yoga—I’m kind of all over the place. I’ve been traveling a lot, so it’s been a lot of beach bootcamps, too. Basically it’s me and whoever wants to join me (if anyone) just putting on some tunes and doing some squats, sprints and lunges. Besides, tanning at the same time in a bikini is kind of awesome.”

What does she usually wear when she’s working out? “I have so much stuff! I really like this Brazilian brand called Liv!” she said. “I did a shoot for them a couple of months ago—they have really cool patterns. My favorites are these leggings that look like jeans that are super cool. I also love Nike stuff and basic black Lululemon leggings.”

She also said that she is into working out at least three to four times a day. “I would go on these benders and work out, like three to four times a day and be like ‘Why is my body not changing?'” she expressed.

How does she stay motivated? “I think everybody has those days or those moments where the last thing you want to do is leave the couch,” she said. “But I just always remind myself how good I feel after. I’ve also come to the conclusion that it’s the one thing that I do that I will never regret doing. You’ll always have that extra slice of pizza, or that extra glass of wine or sleep that extra hour and regret it later. I never regret a workout. That’s just what I tell myself.”

Let’s find out how she stays fit through diet. According to her, she eats wholesome foods. For breakfast, she said, “I had half a bagel, I shouldn’t say that but my sweet photographer over there and his friend bought me a bagel so I had to eat it. But normally a Quest bar.” For lunch, she eats sweetgreen. For dinner, “Just a Greek yogurt with honey. I had such a big dinner the night before, so I cut down on that,” she said.
